Washing your hands is one of the easiest ways to prevent the spread of germs and illness.

Wash with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially before eating, after using the restroom and after coughing or sneezing.

Pin Tip

Hum the Happy Birthday song twice to time a full 20 second scrub.

When Soap Is Not Available

Use a hand sanitizer with at least 60 percent alcohol, then wash with soap and water as soon as you can.
