Keeping Bones Strong as You Age

October 25, 20261 min readBy PinGallery

Bones can become thinner and weaker with age, increasing fracture risk, a condition known as osteoporosis.

Weight bearing exercise, calcium and vitamin D, avoiding smoking, and fall prevention support bone health. Ask your doctor whether a bone density test is right for you.

Pin Tip
