Pan seared salmon finished in a sticky honey garlic glaze. Sweet, savory and ready in 15 minutes.

Serves: 4  |  Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and cook the salmon flesh side down for 4 minutes.
  3. Flip the fillets and lower the heat to medium.
  4. Whisk the honey, soy sauce, garlic and lemon juice, then pour it into the pan.
  5. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes, spooning the glaze over the salmon until it thickens and the fish reaches 145°F.

Pin Tip

Pat the fish completely dry before searing for a golden crust that holds the glaze.

Food Safety

Cook salmon until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, measured in the thickest part, and the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
