Many older adults want to stay in their own homes as they age. Simple modifications can make that safer and easier.

Consider grab bars, walk in showers, raised toilet seats, lever door handles, ramps, and a first floor bedroom. An occupational therapist can recommend changes for your needs.

Pin Tip

Tackle bathroom safety first, since many falls happen there.
