Americans set aside several days each year to honor those who serve and have served.

Armed Forces Day is the third Saturday in May. Memorial Day, the last Monday in May, honors those who died in service. Veterans Day, November 11, honors everyone who has served.

Ways to Take Part

Attend a local parade or ceremony, visit a veterans memorial, or simply thank a service member or veteran.
